I’m trying hard to finish marking all exam papers. Done with Paper 3 Form 5, and Paper 1. Thanks to Amiey whom has assisted in her very own way. Expect to finish Paper 2 today or tomorrow for the Form 5, and Form 4 will be done there after. I am rushing, but I try to minimize checking errors. Just to note that, there will be NO CORRECTION of marks once the marks are submitted to your class teachers. I admit any error, but I can’t correct it due to the limited time. I’m truly sorry. I hope you guys understand. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PERSON. VERY INDEED DISAPPOINTED. I have published the tips for you a week before the exam. I informed BOTH 4G and 4T. I have even asked IN CLASS… “Do you have any questions regarding the exam?“.. and you guys/gals kept mum. Kept quiet. Said “no questions”. Why are some claiming I included chapter’s which are not even taught yet? I did ask all of you didn’t I? And then, because you felt the exam WAS DIFFICULT, you claim, I did not teach that particular chapter!! And what’s worst, you cried like a baby to my boss. Yeah.. You complained about me. Because of your inability, you complained. It’s always somebody’s fault.. but it’s never yours. I am disappointed. Yeah… If you take the exams just to pass, and score.. and wish you can always score without HARD WORK.. then I can help. I will make your exams REALLY EASY. I mean REALLY REALY EASY… so that you can get 90% above, or even 100% if you want. But, here’s the hitch… don’t blame me if your ‘A’ turns to an ‘F’ in SPM. It’s not my fault because you want to score in school, and you want to show off that you are good and great in school. For the Form 5 2009… Frankly, I don’t really care you fail in your GP 1, GP2 or even 1st term exam. Seriously, I don’t. But I do care if your result drops. Reason is because I know the questions are hard, and you are still unsure about how to answer the questions. It takes practice and time.. and I hope you can improve your marks. It may be low, but at least… you know where you stand. As i said before… your papers are mostly SPM standard now, even for the Form 4. If you think it’s difficult, then, now you know that that is the standard of SPM. And, if some of you are not happy with me, I always said you should come and see me personally… if you want to complaint.. complaint to me.. I’ll listen, and change accordingly. Complaining to my bosses behind my back, is just like backstabbing me… I don’t like this kind of attitude… Alang-alang komplen, minta tukar guru ajak la.. I don’t mind. Seriously. Btw, do you guys want easier exams? If you do.. leave a comment. It will not effect your morks or my prerception. As I said, if you talk to me, I will listen.. and I will change accordingly. I am here as a friend, and as your guide for Biology. I want you to be comfortable with my class, and the lesson. I don’t see any point of me teaching you what I think is best, if you feel that I am cruel, and not helping you at all… |

Well, I don’t care if it’s not going to my boss. Once it goes to my boss, things get big. I hope, if this happens again in the future, who ever it is will seek to talk to me first. Everything can talk la.. No need to report2..I still hope 4T and 4G know better

I will try my best after I return. I would very much like to give you lots of exercise, but I can’t mark it each time. Too much other paper work to handle. You can individually do more exercise, and if you are unsure, you can submit it to me for marking (with the answer sheet). I will try to help.
i know that majority complained the exam was tough,
but it’s not because of the topic has not been taught,
we aren’t prepared well so that is why the exam was hard for us…
& i believe that the student is not from our class (rasanyalah:D)
hopefully this incident will not affect your teaching performance in our class…~

I shall not reveal which class is it from, but I am utterly disappointed with what has happened. There are a lot of consequences of making complaints to the ‘big bosses’. I would not like to mention it, but I really hope, next time.. if there is something or someone yang tidak puas hati.. come and see me first.
Anyway, I am a professional, I will not bow to these sort of things, and I regard it as an unfortunate event. I will teach you as usual, without prejudice.

I vote for you to give us difficult questions in exam. It will develop our mind and make us even better. This is what my aunt do when she teach biology. She will give her students hard question to answer even me. She said the more harder the question is the more our brain develop to adapt what we have learn. Dont mind what student complain about you. Because they all they think that biology is easy to answer but it is not.

complaining without doing something is sucks.
i admit that me myself also does not really the best in my educational, but I wont complain it is because the teachers.
because I know everything that happen, the main answer is reflect back to us.
too much complaining is freaking childish. Maybe that he/she have a good IQ but how about your EQ?
