Its about time they(the ministry/government) did this.  When I was in Form 5, I had to choose, matriculation, or university.. It kind of shuts options because if you get into matriculation, you will be removed from the UPU or University list.  Here is good news for school leavers.  Read it out.. LOUDLY!!
